    In order to process your return, the following conditions must be met:
    The merchandise should be in original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).
    The merchandise should have original tags and packaging attached.
    Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  3. How to Request a Return

    Include your order number and reason for return.
    We will process your request as quickly as possible and provide you with a return address.
  4. Refund Processing
    Once we receive the returned merchandise and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.
  5. Return Shipping
    If the item you received is incorrect or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    For returns due to personal reasons (such as wrong size, wrong color, etc.), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  6. Exchange Policy
    Due to inventory limitations, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
